Holiday Trail of Lights Sweepstakes Rules

1. Sweepstakes Entry Rules
To enter the sweepstakes, you must:
• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Be a legal resident of the United States.
• Read and agree to abide by these rules.

No purchase is necessary to enter. Employees, representatives and agents of the Holiday Trail of Lights, prize donors, any associated organizations, and the immediate family and household members of each are not eligible.

The Holiday Trail of Lights, prize donors, and associated organizations are not responsible for telephone, network, computer, wireless, electric, electronic or any other communication technology failure or malfunction of any kind, or for incomplete, undelivered, lost, late or illegible entries. All costs associated with entry, including but not limited to Internet access, usage charges and local and long distance charges, are the responsibility of the entrant.

Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. CST, November 6, 2007, to be eligible to win. Each entry must be completed by the individual whose name appears on the entry. Entries submitted by any form of automation will be disqualified, as will any associated entries that would otherwise have been eligible.

Entries are the property of the Holiday Trail of Lights and will not be acknowledged or returned.

The Holiday Trail of Lights reserves the right to withdraw the sweepstakes at any time for any reason and select a winner from eligible entries received prior to withdrawal.

There is a limit of one entry per person per day.

2. Prizes
One (1) drawing will be held to select one (1) winner of the Holiday Trail of Lights Sweepstakes. The prize includes: Accommodations for two people (Room and tax only. Phone calls, room service, laundry and any other charges are the responsibility of the winner.), Two admission passes to Sci-Port Discovery Center and IMAX Theater, Two admission passes to the Gardens of the American Rose Center, Two admission passes to Sci-Port Discovery Center, and Two admission passes to the Stage of Stars and Legends Museum. Other gift certificates, admission passes, vouchers, etc., may be added to the prize package. The Holiday Trail of Lights reserves the right, when necessary due to unavailability, to substitute prizes or components of prizes. Any substitution will be of equal or greater value.

Travel must be completed by October 31, 2008. The winner is responsible for all expenses associated with transportation, taxes, gratuities, personal needs and any other expense not specifically described in these rules.
The estimated retail value of the Grand Prize is less than $600.

3. Selection of the winner
A random drawing for the prize will be held no later than November 8, 2007. The winner will be notified of the drawing by an email message to the email address provided on the entry form. Multiple prize notifications do not represent multiple prize awards. If the prize notification is returned or is in any way undeliverable, or if the prize winner fails to claim the prize within 30 days after notification, the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner chosen by a random drawing of the remaining eligible entries.
Any taxes or other expenses related to prizes are the responsibility of the winner. The winner is responsible for any liability or damages associated with participation in the sweepstakes and, by accepting the prize, releases the Holiday Trail of Lights, prize donors, and associated organizations from any such liability.
By accepting the prize, the winner permits the Holiday Trail of Lights to use the winner's name, city, state, and likeness in its advertising, publicity and promotional messages without compensation.
