Nov. 22 - Jan. 2, 2009: Santa vs. the Snowman IMAX Animated Film. From the creator of Jimmy Neutron, Santa vs. the Snowman returns as a special holiday treat at Sci-Port’s IMAX Dome Theatre. This production is packed with laughs, action and a wonderful holiday message. Holiday Camps are themed and planned to accommodate specific grade groups, as follows: K-1st Graders, 2nd-3rd Graders, 4th-5th Graders. Nov. 27 - 29; Dec. 4 - 6; Dec. 11 - 13; Dec. 18 - 20: Christmas in Roseland. Gardens of the American Rose Center, 8877 Jefferson-Paige Road, Exit 5 off I-20, Shreveport. Amidst a million, sparkling lights, families, groups and individuals alike will stand in awe at the glorious transformation of the Gardens. From animated displays to sleeping roses, to larger-than-life Christmas cards made by Shreveport-Bossier school children. Bring your gingerbread creation to Sci-Port to be evaluated by our expert judging panel (gingerbread structures must be constructed off site and brought to Sci-Port). J.
