Bass Pro Shops to Host Christmas Parade at the Louisiana Boardwalk Outlets

Santa will be arriving at Santa’s Wonderland at Bass Pro Shops on Nov. 11 during this annual Christmas Parade.

 

SHREVEPORT-BOSSIER, LA— Families are invited to welcome Santa as he officially arrives from the North Pole to Santa’s Wonderland on Saturday, Nov. 11 at 4 p.m at Bass Pro Shops located at the Louisiana Boardwalk Outlets, 100 Bass Pro Dr., Bossier City. The parade will take place throughout the Louisiana Boardwalk Outlets and will feature Santa, marching bands and more. This event is free and open to the public.

Free holiday festivities will commence after the parade from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and will feature Santa’s grand entry, free photos with Santa, free crafts, and $25 Bass Pro Shops gift cards given away every half hour.

Bass Pro Shops is now transformed into a massive Christmas village with free games, fun activities and crafts for the whole family. It features free pictures with Santa, rustic Christmas cabins, holiday characters, and live elves set amongst a dazzling backdrop of snow-covered hills and illuminated Christmas trees. Families can enjoy Santa’s Wonderland through December 24.

In the spirit of the season, Bass Pro Shops again this year invites customers to support service members, military families and veterans at stores across the country through a donation program for the United Service Organizations (USO) and AMVETS. Beginning on Veteran’s Day, November 11, through the end of the year, customers can round up their purchases purchase and donate the balance to the nonprofit organizations.
